Frequently Asked Questions
Spa FAQ
Where should I park?
The spas have dedicated parking lots. The parking lot for stations #1 and #2 is located almost at the end of the lot, just before the Ublo cabins. It is located south of the double spa, including stations #1 and #2.
Can I take a shower before or after my spa session?
Yes! To maximize your time in the spa facilities, we have installed full bathrooms outside the spas. You can shower before or after your session in one of our four full bathrooms. Towels are provided, but please remember to bring your own toiletries.
What is meant by “exclusive rental”?
This means that, unlike traditional Nordic spas, our Nordic spas are completely privatized during the period of your reservation. You do not share the facilities with other people. In addition, the resort is cleaned and prepared for you before your arrival.
What are the spa regulations?
Smoking, alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited in the spa. Food is also prohibited. You must leave the spa no later than the end of your session. Talking is allowed, but shouting is prohibited. Animals are not allowed in the spas.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit (mandatory), bottle of water and sandals.
How will I access my session?
The day before your session, you will receive a text message with your access code and station number (#1, #2 or #3). If you have forgotten your start time, please refer to your confirmation email, which will also allow you to access your client portal to view your reservation details.
What is a thermal circuit?
A thermal circuit is a sequence including the use of saunas, a cold water bath and a rest period. To learn more about the benefits of this practice, visit our page dedicated to thermal circuits.
Can I add people to my reservation?
Yes, of course. Please contact us before your session begins to inform us of the addition. Fees will apply. However, it is not possible to add a person if the maximum capacity of the station is reached. Stations #1 and #2 can accommodate up to 4 people, while station #3 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
